क्या करें रू.500 व रू.1000 के नोट का
- बिना किसी सीमा के बैंक व पोस्ट आॅफिस में 10 नवम्बर से 30 दिसम्बर 2016 तक जमा करा सकते हैं तथा रूपये 10000 प्रतिदिन और रूपये 20000 प्रति सप्ताह
- पुराने नोटों को बैंक या पोस्ट आॅफिस में अपना पहचान पत्र दिखाकर 24 नवम्बर 2016 तक बदलवा सकते हैं जिसकी लिमिट रू.4000 हैं
- चैक, डेबिट या क्रेडिट कार्ड, डिमान्ड ड्राफ्ट और कोई भी इलेक्ट्राॅनिक फण्ड ट्रान्सफर या गैर नगदी भुगतान पर कोई प्रतिबंध नही हैं
- 9 नवम्बर को व कुछ स्थानों पर 10 नवम्बर को एटीएम कार्यरत नही रहेंगे। प्रारम्भ के कुछ दिनों तक एक कार्ड से रू. 2000 प्रतिदिन की लिमिट रहेगी जिसे बाद में रू. 4000 तक बढाया जायेगा।
Returning the Rupees 500 or 1000 note
- Deposit old notes of Rupees 500 or 1000 in bank or post office accounts from 10th day of November to 30th day of December 2016 without any limit. There will be a limit on withdrawal of Rs. 10000/- per day and Rupees 20,000/- per week. This limit will be increased in the coming days.
- Exchange old notes of Rs. 500 or Rs. 1000 at any bank, head post office or sub post office while showing ID proof. The limit for this is Rs. 4000 up to 24th November 2016
- No Restriction of any kind on non-cash payments by cheques, demand drafts, debit or credit cards and electronic fund transfer.
- On 9th November and in some places on 10th November also, ATM will not work. In the first few days there will be a limit of Rs. 2000 per day per card. This will be raised to Rs. 4000 later.
